Anonymous Productions has participated in the 48 Hour Film Project for the last 15 years. “480 Hours” is the story of the first 10.
The feature-length documentary chronicles how a team of high school friends battled through their first 10 years of the competition. From sick actors, to locust attacks, to lost equipment, to police interruptions, to flooded sets, to unforeseen international acclaim - anything can happen when you try to make a movie in two days.
480 Hours premiered November 1, 2019, at a private screening in St. Louis, Missouri.
Because of the current pandemic, the typical June 48 Hour Film Project competition has been cancelled. So instead of making a movie, we'd like to share our story with you.
48 Hour Film Project is an international filmmaking competition where teams have to make a short film from scratch in two days, using required elements assigned at the beginning of the competition. Writing, shooting, editing, etc, all has to be done within the 48 hour time frame.
